Av. Yahya Köse graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Law in 2020 as an honours graduate. He continued his academic studies at Dokuz Eylül University Institute of Social Sciences and completed an LL.M. in Criminal Law in 2022.

Independently of his academic background, his professional practice focuses on Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law and Real Estate Law. In addition to dispute resolution and the conduct of litigation and enforcement proceedings, he also works in preventive law and legal advisory services.

A founding partner of KCD Law Firm, Köse follows a process-oriented approach that considers the legal and commercial aspects of each matter together.
