Amounts paid when initiating proceedings
When enforcement proceedings are initiated, the application fee, an advance fee of 0.5% of the receivable in proceedings not based on a court judgment, notification costs and, where proceedings are conducted through an attorney, the power of attorney copy fee and bar association stamp are paid.
Collection fee
The collection fee varies depending on the stage at which the debt is paid: 4.55% before attachment, 9.10% after attachment but before sale, and 11.38% after sale. A prison fee of 2% of the amount collected is charged separately.
