Proportional and fixed fees
In cases where the subject matter can be measured in money, the judgment fee is calculated at a rate of 68.31 per mille of the value of the claim; one quarter of this amount is paid in advance when the case is filed. In cases where the subject matter cannot be measured in money, a fixed fee is charged.
Cost advance
When filing a case, a cost advance is paid in addition to court fees to cover notification, expert and witness expenses. The cost advance varies by type of case, and any unused portion is refunded at the end of the proceedings.
